Q: Can I change my shipping address?

A: Yes, if you contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After processing begins, address changes may not be possible.

Q: What if my package is lost or stolen?

A: Contact us immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Q: Do you ship internationally beyond US/UK/CA/AU?

A: Currently, we only ship to United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. More countries coming soon!

Q: Can I return an item I wore once?

A: Yes! Light wear for trying on and testing is perfectly fine. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Bank processing may take additional 2-3 days.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A: For defective items, we provide a prepaid label. For other returns, customers cover return shipping costs.
